About the role

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop curriculum for both face-to-face and online training programs focused on integrated employment for individuals with disabilities.
  • Provide technical assistance and consultation to community organizations and state agencies to improve employment policies and practices.
  • Manage project-related documentation, tasks, and objectives using online management systems and field-based technologies.
  • Conduct outreach activities to build partnerships and collaborations that support project goals.
  • Collaborate with project coordinators and investigators to develop accessible products, including manuals, training materials, and web pages.
  • Work with the evaluation team to implement plans for project assessment and dissemination strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • 3-5 years of professional experience working directly with individuals with disabilities to achieve successful community employment.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of employment best practices for individuals with significant disabilities.
  • Ability to travel locally, state-wide, and nationally.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively within a team capacity.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in Rehabilitation, Special Education, or a related field.
  • Previous experience with provider transformation and the delivery of training and technical assistance.
