About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage support tickets from chatbots and users
- Analyze requests and provide timely technical or functional resolutions
- Support partners with registration and training follow-up
- Conduct telephone and email follow-up campaigns for training coordinators
- Monitor training session occupancy rates and enrollment targets
- Track activity indicators and produce regular reports for the Training Department Head
Requirements
- Proficiency in office tools and Excel
- Knowledge of LMS platforms or ability to learn quickly
- Experience in user support or customer relations
- Strong telephone and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously
- Problem-solving and analytical skills
