Training Apprentice

Responsibilities

• Manage the full training lifecycle for approximately 350 employees
• Act as the primary contact and coordinator for external training providers (language, management, well-being, and safety)
• Build and manage the annual training calendar, including scheduling and participant communications
• Participate in the design of training modules alongside providers and internal facilitators
• Monitor training quality through post-session satisfaction surveys and analysis
• Maintain reporting on training activity, including costs, employee participation, and budget tracking
• Conduct annual training needs analysis based on employee performance reviews
• Support the deployment of the annual training plan and serve as a reference point for internal trainers
• Maintain up-to-date training documentation in the company knowledge base

Requirements

• Currently a student in a Master's degree program (Business School, HR, L&D, etc.)
• Seeking an apprenticeship for at least 1 year
• Previous internship or project experience in HR or Learning & Development (L&D)
• Proficiency in Excel and Google Suite
• Fluent in French and professional proficiency in English
• Proactive, organized, and analytical mindset with the ability to handle sensitive data
