Training and Service Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and administer training activities for both internal and external stakeholders
• Plan schedules, book necessary resources, and ensure the successful execution of training sessions
• Support the coordination team in managing incoming service and repair requests via phone and case management systems
• Administer, plan, and coordinate service assignments to ensure efficient work order distribution to technicians
• Collaborate with various internal teams, including service, support, and other functional departments

Requirements

• Proven experience in a coordinating or administrative role, preferably within service or training environments
• Strong ability to manage multiple parallel tasks and prioritize effectively
• Proficiency in using digital tools and administrative systems
• Excellent communication skills
• Fluency in Swedish and good proficiency in English (both written and spoken)

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working within a service organization
• Experience specifically in training administration
• Proficiency in Danish is highly advantageous
