Training and Quality Assistant Manager

Responsibilities

• Support Six Sigma deployment philosophy and work on specific tactics for Six Sigma initiatives
• Establish effective working relationships with clients to improve processes
• Manage a team of Quality Auditors, Quality Assurance specialists, and Trainers
• Document and redesign business processes, requirements, and workflow maps
• Collect and consolidate data to understand process improvement requirements
• Analyze team performance on Quality and execute action plans
• Identify and assess organizational training needs through job analysis and employee surveys
• Develop individualized and group training programs and manuals
• Travel internationally as required

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in any field
• At least 5 years of professional experience
• At least 2 years of experience in Training and Development
• At least 5 years of combined experience in Lead Trainer, QA Specialist, Quality Team Leader, or Quality Assistant Manager roles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Strong English verbal and written communication skills
• Basic knowledge of statistics and Quality tools
• Excellent facilitation and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Six Sigma Certification (Yellow/Green Belt)
• Train the Trainer certification or degree in Training & Development
• Proven experience applying Six Sigma knowledge
