About the role
Responsibilities
- Support the Training department with administrative management and coordination of training actions
- Assist in planning training sessions, managing registrations, and sending invitations
- Track the training budget and contribute to regular reporting
- Coordinate the collection and consolidation of training needs in relation to the training plan
- Support employees in using the MyLearning platform
- Consolidate training-related information for audit preparation
- Analyze training evaluations (immediate and follow-up) and participate in action planning
- Develop communication tools, campaigns, and training modules
- Participate in engagement committee working groups to support workplace well-being initiatives
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a degree program suitable for an apprenticeship (Alternance)
- Strong administrative management and organizational skills
- Ability to track budgets and assist with reporting
- Proficiency in developing communication tools and materials
- Ability to support audit preparation and data consolidation
- Strong interpersonal skills to support employees and collaborate with teams
