Training and Development Specialist

Responsibilities

• Design and introduce the company’s training and development framework, policies, and standards
• Analyze and identify competency and skill gaps through performance data and surveys
• Develop a long-term training roadmap aligned with business strategy
• Create and implement digital onboarding and learning programs using LMS and e-learning tools
• Develop and maintain engaging training materials, manuals, and visual aids
• Evaluate the effectiveness of programs, trainers, and learning content
• Manage the annual training budget and forecast future learning investments
• Build partnerships with external training providers and certification bodies
• Prepare and present reports and dashboards on training outcomes
• Support managers in applying coaching and learning techniques
• Promote a culture of continuous learning across the organization

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in training and development
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design
• Proven ability to develop training content and facilitate sessions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical skills for assessing training needs
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning tools
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic fluency is preferred
