Training and Culture Assistant

Responsibilities

• Support the onboarding journey for new employees and conduct onboarding presentations
• Assist in organizing training sessions, corporate events, and engagement initiatives
• Support internal communication campaigns and projects
• Manage schedules, attendance lists, materials, and departmental indicators
• Interface with vendors and internal departments as needed
• Create presentations and communication materials
• Contribute to organizational culture and employee experience initiatives

Requirements

• Previous experience in administrative activities, customer service, events, or communication
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to build relationships with diverse audiences
• High level of organization and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously
• Proactive, collaborative profile with a strong sense of responsibility
• Interest in developing a career within People & Culture
