Training and Capacity Building Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end execution and operational delivery of all training and capacity-building programs within the New Economy Academy
• Oversee operational planning, including schedules, venues, LMS coordination, logistics, and participant management
• Develop execution frameworks, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and operational workflows to ensure efficient program delivery
• Manage the full training operations cycle, from participant onboarding to post-program reporting and closure
• Supervise training coordinators, program coordinators, and operational support teams
• Act as the primary focal point for operational coordination with government entities, corporate clients, and strategic partners
• Monitor participant feedback and program performance metrics to drive continuous improvement and quality assurance
• Lead and mentor the Training & Capacity Building team to foster a high-performance, execution-focused culture

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, Project Management, Human Capital, or a related field
• 7–10 years of experience in training operations, learning management, or capacity building
• Proven experience managing large-scale government or corporate training programs
• Strong project management and operational execution skills
• Demonstrated leadership and people management experience
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
