Training Analyst

Responsibilities

• Establish and implement regulatory training courses based on institutional needs
• Verify and update course information and materials within the Corporate University
• Coordinate and control certification, authorization, and power of attorney processes for promoters
• Monitor compliance with monthly training plans assigned to employees
• Ensure compliance with regulatory training requirements
• Define and implement updates and development requirements for the Corporate University
• Coordinate training sessions derived from identified needs
• Manage payments and coordinate with training vendors

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Administration, Organizational Psychology, Pedagogy, or a related field
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel
• Strong skills in vendor coordination and administrative payment management
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of banking training regulations (CNBV/AMIB)
• Experience with promoter certification processes
