About the role

Responsibilities

  • Work alongside managers and Team Leaders to identify and address training needs throughout the business
  • Coordinate and schedule training programs that are engaging and effective
  • Offer guidance and support to employees during their learning journey
  • Help maintain training records and track employee progress to ensure compliance
  • Collaborate with the HR team to promote a culture of continuous learning and development
  • Assist in developing new training materials and resources tailored to the needs of the business

Requirements

  • Experience in a training or development role
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Experience with learning management systems
