About the role
Responsibilities
- Work alongside managers and Team Leaders to identify and address training needs throughout the business
- Coordinate and schedule training programs that are engaging and effective
- Offer guidance and support to employees during their learning journey
- Help maintain training records and track employee progress to ensure compliance
- Collaborate with the HR team to promote a culture of continuous learning and development
- Assist in developing new training materials and resources tailored to the needs of the business
Requirements
- Experience in a training or development role
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Experience with learning management systems
- Proactive and positive attitude
