Training Admin Intern

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate the training calendar, including ground school, simulator sessions, and aircraft training slots
• Schedule and assign qualified instructors while ensuring adherence to duty time limitations
• Manage and publish rosters for trainees and instructors, handling last-minute changes effectively
• Arrange training logistics such as classroom bookings, simulator bays, and training materials
• Maintain trainee records in the Training Management System (TMS), including attendance and assessment results
• Support compliance by ensuring trainees meet prerequisites and preparing documentation for DGCA & EASA audits
• Serve as a primary point of contact for trainees and provide administrative support to the instructional team
• Coordinate with internal departments and airline customers to ensure smooth training delivery

Requirements

• Strong skills in course scheduling and coordination
• Ability to manage resources, instructors, and rosters effectively
• Proficiency in record keeping and documentation management
• Experience or aptitude for logistics coordination
• Ability to support compliance and audit processes
• Strong stakeholder coordination and communication skills
