Responsibilities

• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvements
• Maintain training records and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements
• Conduct regular assessments of operating standards across teams and individuals
• Develop and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, and online resources
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify areas for improvement in training content and delivery
• Monitor and analyse training metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
• Oversee the implementation of quality assurance processes for training programs
• Assist with staff professional development and course completion in conjunction with Team Leads
• Interact with cross-functional stakeholders to understand future training requirements

Requirements

• Full clean JP driving licence
• At least 8 years of driving experience, primarily in Japan
• No blameworthy insurance claims in the past three years
• Proven experience as a team coordinator or in a similar role
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office suite
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
• Available to work full-time on-site in Tokyo, 5 days a week

Preferred Qualifications

• Recognised Assessor qualification
• Qualified Vehicle Safety Operator with current qualification
• Recognised Quality Assurance qualification
