Trainer, University Operations

Responsibilities

• Deliver departmental training to new hires and existing staff through live instruction and discussions.
• Create engaging training materials, activities, and assessments based on adult learning principles.
• Develop tools such as surveys and evaluations to measure training effectiveness and information retention.
• Collaborate with management, quality assurance, and team members to identify training needs and trends.
• Teach staff how to effectively utilize and adapt to new technologies to support job functions.
• Monitor incoming interactions to identify trends and implement continuing education programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
• 2+ years of training or leadership experience, including coaching or mentorship.
• Knowledge of virtual learning technology and instructional methods.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Google Docs, and SharePoint.
• Ability to travel up to 20% for in-person events, conferences, and company summits.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in higher education or professional training environments.
• Experience with multimedia creation software such as Adobe Captivate or Camtasia.
• Familiarity with systems like Genesys Purecloud, Salesforce, or ServiceNow.
