Trainer

Responsibilities

• Master ARCH software and hardware to provide comprehensive training to users
• Break down complex technical concepts into easy-to-understand modules
• Ensure retailers understand and utilize system functionality to manage their business effectively
• Travel to client sites to conduct on-site training and support new installations

Requirements

• At least 2 years of previous POS or training experience
• A+ and N+ certifications
• Valid driver’s license and own vehicle for travel to client sites
• Ability to work overtime during new installations
• Clear criminal record

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the FMCG sector
• CTT or equivalent training/teaching certification
