Trainer

Responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one training with new hires on receiving, order picking, packing, shipping, and replenishment processes.
• Ensure all training paperwork is accurately completed and documented in compliance with standard operating procedures (SOP).
• Partner with management, leads, and quality assurance teams to provide ongoing coaching and retraining for current associates.
• Perform regular observations of associates to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and ensure SOP compliance.
• Act as a mentor to team members and assist management in identifying performance gaps.
• Maintain a safe work environment by following safety protocols and reporting potential hazards.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of directly related experience or 3 years of related experience.
• Basic computer skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with limited supervision.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting 10 to 55 pounds and standing/walking for 6 to 12 hours.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in a distribution or warehouse environment.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
• Bilingual skills (English and Spanish/French/etc.).
