Responsibilities
- Deliver an interactive, instructor-led, in-person workshop on Operating Systems and Networking Fundamentals
- Explain technical concepts using real-world examples and practical demonstrations
- Facilitate hands-on activities and basic troubleshooting exercises
- Ensure participant engagement and adapt delivery based on knowledge levels
- Maintain attendance and provide post-workshop feedback
Requirements
- Degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of Operating Systems and Networking fundamentals
- Prior experience delivering workshops, training sessions, or short courses
- Strong communication and classroom facilitation skills
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly
Preferred Qualifications
- Relevant industry certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or CCNA
- Experience working with foundation-level or entry-level IT learners
- Prior experience delivering in-person workshops within the UAE
