Trainer

Responsibilities

• Conduct training and education programs for employees and external clients
• Evaluate training needs by assessing knowledge, skills, and abilities against job requirements
• Prepare and lead client training using standardized curricula
• Conduct ongoing training for existing team members in classroom or field settings
• Assist in training internal new hires on client culture and roles
• Support Kaizen and other process efficiency exercises
• Maintain up-to-date sales and technical product knowledge
• Collaborate with Training and Market Management on training plans
• Collect and analyze trainee feedback to improve programs

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (BSc) in education or a related field
• Background in content delivery and creation using modern technology
• Strong organization and time-management skills
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to travel up to 80%
