Trainer

Responsibilities

• Conduct departmental on-the-floor training and cross-training for all hourly associates using approved materials
• Evaluate trainee performance and provide recommendations based on training standards
• Ensure all required training documentation is completed accurately and timely
• Act as a primary point-of-contact to support new hires
• Collaborate with management to identify necessary training material updates or improvements
• Maintain high availability to address daily training needs

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience training peers or groups
• Experience facilitating presentations to groups of 5+ people
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and organized
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed

• Bilingual (English / Spanish)
