Trainer Karosserie & Lacktechnik

Responsibilities

• Create practical training materials for bodywork and paint technology
• Conduct training sessions on repair, painting, polishing, and assembly
• Teach modern repair and straightening techniques for accident damage
• Provide instruction on the use of paints, spray booths, and color mixing
• Train staff on the use of diagnostic devices, sanding machines, spray guns, and welding technology
• Oversee the processing of aluminum, plastics, and composite materials
• Instruct on occupational safety and the use of personal protective equipment
• Train employees in damage assessment and repair order documentation

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in the automotive industry and bodywork assembly
• Proficiency with diagnostic and measuring devices
• Precise and analytical way of working
• Strong coaching and communication skills with a team-player mentality
• Willingness to travel and stay overnight throughout Germany (company car provided for private use)
