Trainer IV

Responsibilities

• Conduct training classes for employees regarding product features, technology, client tools, processes, and soft skills
• Design and update basic-level training materials and courses based on client or internal requirements
• Organize training content in a clear, logical sequence for effective delivery
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure all training content remains current and effective
• Review and prepare all necessary training resources and materials
• Collect and analyze training feedback from participants to drive continuous improvement
• Conduct "train the trainer" sessions to scale knowledge across the organization
• Analyze, produce, and distribute comprehensive training reports
• Guide other trainers and assist in the allocation of tasks

Requirements

• Proven experience in training design and curriculum development
• Proficiency in a wide range of operational processes
• Demonstrated ability to conduct "train the trainer" sessions
• Strong data organizing, coordination, and reporting skills
• Subject matter expertise in relevant technical or operational areas
• Ability to problem-solve and provide optimal outcomes for clients and end users
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to use tact and diplomacy
