Trainer IV

Responsibilities

• Conduct training classes for employees regarding product features, technology, client tools, processes, and soft skills
• Design and update basic-level training materials and courses based on client or internal requirements
• Organize training content in a clear, logical sequence for effective delivery
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure all content remains current and effective
• Review and prepare all necessary training resources and materials prior to class delivery
• Collect and evaluate training feedback from participants to drive continuous improvement
• Conduct "train the trainer" sessions to support team development
• Analyze, produce, and distribute comprehensive training reports
• Guide other trainers and allocate specific tasks as a team leader

Requirements

• Proven experience conducting professional training classes
• Strong skills in designing and organizing instructional materials
• Ability to analyze training reports and data to measure effectiveness
• Strong problem-solving skills to provide optimal outcomes for clients and end users
• Ability to provide subject matter guidance to junior team members
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to use tact and diplomacy when communicating
