Trainer

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daycare and boarding units to ensure animal safety and well-being
• Consult with pet owners to determine training goals and expectations
• Develop and implement structured training regimes using positive-reinforcement techniques
• Monitor animals for health or behavioral issues and provide necessary updates to owners
• Perform general animal care, including feeding, medicating, grooming, and cleaning habitats
• Educate clients regarding animal behavior, training progress, and environmental needs
• Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a supportive and professional team culture

Requirements

• 2–3 years of professional animal training experience
• Formal training certification or completion of a recognized animal behavior program
• Strong understanding of animal behavior, obedience methods, and positive reinforcement
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
• Physically fit and comfortable working with active or strong animals
• Ability to maintain accurate training records and progress reports
