Responsibilities

• Conduct training programs for sales consultants and sales managers
• Deliver product-specific training sessions
• Perform site assessments and facilitate role-playing exercises
• Support the development and updating of training materials

Requirements

• Proven experience in automotive sales
• Experience conducting both face-to-face and online training sessions
• Knowledge of electric vehicle (EV) sales
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to motivate others
• Proficiency in MS Office, specifically PowerPoint and Microsoft Teams
• Fluent English language skills
• Ability to work independently and solve problems effectively
