Trainer

Responsibilities

• Lead in-person and virtual training sessions for physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
• Manage the full training lifecycle, including instructional design and the development of training materials and scenarios.
• Design workflow-based training content in collaboration with tight-knit teams.
• Work directly with healthcare organizations to help develop and implement their specific training needs.
• Participate in projects aimed at making software more intuitive for end-users.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or greater in any major.
• A proven history of academic and professional success.
• Willingness to travel 25-60% of the time (typically 1-2 trips per month lasting 2-4 days).
• Eligibility to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Ability to relocate to the Madison, WI area (relocation is reimbursed).
• COVID-19 vaccination.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in education, teaching, or professional performance (e.g., acting, public speaking, or tour guiding).
