About the role
Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging virtual and in-person training sessions
- Design, develop, and maintain training materials, process documentation, and job aids
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) across assigned functional areas
- Update training content and manuals to reflect process changes and system enhancements
- Monitor, track, and report training activities including attendance and completion rates
- Utilize the Learning Management System (LMS) to manage course content and learner progress
- Develop and implement training plans for onboarding and continuous learning
- Partner with leadership to identify training needs and recommend learning solutions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of one year of experience delivering training
- Experience in curriculum development and training evaluation
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
- Ability to type at least 40 WPM
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in transaction processing or call center environments
- Familiarity with high-volume operational environments
- Experience supporting quality assurance and employee coaching
