About the role

Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging virtual and in-person training sessions
  • Design, develop, and maintain training materials, process documentation, and job aids
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) across assigned functional areas
  • Update training content and manuals to reflect process changes and system enhancements
  • Monitor, track, and report training activities including attendance and completion rates
  • Utilize the Learning Management System (LMS) to manage course content and learner progress
  • Develop and implement training plans for onboarding and continuous learning
  • Partner with leadership to identify training needs and recommend learning solutions

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of one year of experience delivering training
  • Experience in curriculum development and training evaluation
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
  • Ability to type at least 40 WPM
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in transaction processing or call center environments
  • Familiarity with high-volume operational environments
  • Experience supporting quality assurance and employee coaching
