Trainer/Ausbilder für Fluggerätelektroniker

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and disciplinary guidance to apprentices
• Ensure the delivery of training content in accordance with training regulations, learner profiles, and EASA requirements
• Identify and support the professional and personal strengths and weaknesses of trainees
• Assess and summarize performance levels from a pedagogical perspective
• Manage and monitor the quality assurance processes of the training program
• Conduct team meetings with trainees using methodical and didactic approaches

Requirements

• Completed technical vocational training as an aircraft electronics technician, electronics technician for aviation systems, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in training or mentoring apprentices
• AEVO certification (Trainer Aptitude Test) or the willingness to acquire it
• Very good knowledge of aviation regulations
• Proficiency in German (mandatory) and good command of English
• Strong IT skills and willingness to engage in continuous professional development
• Readiness for occasional assignments both domestically and internationally

Preferred Qualifications

• Further training in the areas of EASA CAT A and CAT B
