Trainer 2, Operations Training

Responsibilities

• Conduct classroom training for New Hire operators
• Plan, develop, and deliver technical training sessions to Direct Labor employees
• Develop criteria to evaluate the effectiveness of training activities
• Develop training materials and document training events
• Compile and publish training metrics
• Identify potential quality problems, compliance gaps, and process efficiency improvements
• Provide feedback and corrective action from daily defect reviews
• Train and certify Direct Labor on general training and production processes
• Participate in SGA / Team Excellence activities
• Conduct MSA to operators

Requirements

• Diploma in business administration, commerce, management or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in a manufacturing environment
• Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English
• Basic computer skills including Windows and Microsoft Excel

Preferred Qualifications

• Flexibility to work a 12 hour AWS Shift and overtime
• Result oriented with a strong sense of urgency
• Excellent clarity when handling small parts
