About the role

Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day HR operations including contracts, onboarding, and the employee lifecycle
  • Assist in recruitment processes, active sourcing, and employer branding initiatives
  • Contribute to learning and development by organizing workshops and training programs
  • Collaborate on strategic People & Culture projects regarding engagement, diversity, and analytics
  • Maintain HR systems and personnel data to ensure compliance and accuracy

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
  • Very good English skills (German skills are a plus)
  • Structured, proactive, and hands-on working style
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of an international team
  • Previous practical experience in HR (internships or working student roles) is a plus
