NMW Niederrheinische Metallwerke (formerly OTTO FUCHS Dülken) is a specialist in demanding extrusion and forging products made of brass and copper alloys. Responsibilities

• Participate in an 18-month trainee program with direct entry into the production world
• Gain insight into all departments and interfaces to build a holistic understanding of processes
• Actively work in daily operations and take on early responsibility
• Support and help shape projects in the production environment, such as process optimization, availability increase, digitalization, and logistics
• Develop and present own ideas and innovative implementation concepts
• Work closely with a personal mentor for targeted professional and personal development

Requirements

• Completed degree in engineering (Production Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or similar)
• Initial practical experience through training or relevant internships, preferably in an industrial environment
• Good IT and MS Office skills with an affinity for digital processes
• Fluent German and good English skills
