Trainee Technischer Vertrieb (Food Retails Services)

Responsibilities

• Participate in a 12-month structured development programme including classroom learning, job shadowing, and coaching
• Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with existing customers through regular service visits
• Learn and work hands-on with ware washing and laundry equipment, including installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting
• Identify new business opportunities and grow your territory through sales demonstrations and customer training
• Coordinate sales and service activities with internal functions such as Marketing and Customer Service
• Proactively reach out to potential customers to secure new accounts and build brand presence

Requirements

• Completed vocational training or equivalent education
• Experience in customer-facing roles, sales, service, or hospitality (B2B experience preferred)
• Basic technical skills in installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting
• Strong problem-solving skills and a creative approach to challenges
• Basic IT proficiency (experience with CRM is a plus)
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within an allocated district and nationwide
