Responsibilities

• Take on exciting and challenging tasks in daily and project business through a flexible trainee program
• Undergo intensive induction into group processes with a focus on production and technical environments
• Support colleagues with current, interdisciplinary, and demanding projects and complex tasks
• Engage in close exchange with management and present work results to executives and the management board

Requirements

• Completed degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a comparable field
• Ideally initial experience in an industrial environment through internships
• Result-oriented mindset with a high willingness to take on project responsibility
• Analytical thinking and cross-departmental perspective
• Flexibility, openness to new things, and strong communication skills
