Trainee Technical Sales (Quick Service Restaurants)

Responsibilities

• Participate in a 12-month structured development programme including classroom learning, job shadowing, and coaching
• Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with existing customers through regular service visits
• Learn to operate, install, maintain, and troubleshoot ware washing and laundry systems
• Identify new business opportunities and grow your assigned territory through sales demonstrations and training
• Coordinate sales and service activities with internal functions such as Marketing and Customer Service
• Proactively reach out to potential customers to secure new accounts and build brand presence

Requirements

• Completed vocational training or equivalent education
• Experience in customer-facing roles, sales, service, or hospitality environments
• Basic installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting skills
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within an allocated district
• Basic IT skills (experience with CRM is a plus)
• Strong problem-solving skills and a motivation to continuously develop new skills
