Trainee Technical Sales (Institutional)

Responsibilities

• Participate in a 12-month structured development programme including classroom learning, job shadowing, and coaching.
• Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with existing customers through regular service visits.
• Learn to operate, install, and maintain customer ware washing and laundry systems.
• Identify new business opportunities and grow your assigned territory through sales demonstrations and training.
• Coordinate sales and service activities with internal functions such as Marketing and Customer Service.
• Proactively reach out to potential customers to secure new accounts and build brand presence.

Requirements

• Completed vocational training or equivalent education.
• Experience in customer-facing roles, sales, service, or hospitality (B2B experience preferred).
• Basic installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting skills.
• Basic IT skills (experience with CRM is a plus).
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within your district and nationwide.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a motivation to continuously develop new skills.
