Trainee Technical Sales (Animal Health)

Responsibilities

• Participate in a 12-month structured development programme including classroom learning, job shadowing, and coaching
• Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with existing customers through regular service visits
• Learn customer operations by gaining hands-on experience with on-site equipment, technologies, and solutions
• Support the installation, maintenance, and safe use of equipment to ensure operational effectiveness
• Train and support customer teams on the use of Ecolab solutions and biosecurity practices
• Identify improvement opportunities and deliver technical demonstrations to support territory growth
• Collaborate with Sales, Technical, and Customer teams to deliver high-quality service

Requirements

• Degree in Animal Science, Veterinary Science, Agriculture, Life Sciences, Chemistry, or a related field
• English language skills at B1 level or above
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other digital tools
• Willingness to travel within an assigned district and occasionally nationwide
• Strong problem-solving skills and a genuine interest in animal health and biosecurity
