Trainee - Talent & Development

Responsibilities

• Collaborate on talent identification, development, and management processes to support strategic initiatives.
• Support the global performance evaluation cycle through coordination, tracking, and reporting.
• Assist in the design, organization, and implementation of training programs and talent campaigns.
• Coordinate the onboarding process to ensure a seamless integration aligned with company culture.
• Monitor and analyze compliance for mandatory corporate and local training programs.
• Provide comprehensive training management support, including planning, logistics, and stakeholder coordination.
• Prepare data analysis and reports regarding training, talent, and performance to generate actionable insights.
• Participate in the analysis of climate and engagement surveys to identify areas for improvement.
• Manage administrative tasks related to the department, such as invoice management in the ERP system.

Requirements

• Degree or Bachelor's in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a similar field.
• High level of English proficiency for an international working environment.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical mindset and a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
• High digital competence and agility with new technological tools.
• Proactive attitude with a strong interest in developing a career in Talent, Learning, or HR.
• Organized, structured profile with high attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience or knowledge using talent management tools such as Workday.
• Previous experience in data analysis.
• Interest in the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) industry.
