Trainee Supply

Responsibilities

• Gain comprehensive insights into three to four supply areas and their processes over two years
• Start in Supply Chain Relations & Services with the option to define further rotations
• Rotate through areas such as Fashion Buying, Partner Business & Services, Merchandise Planning, Inventory Management, and Business Planning
• Build a deep understanding of the supply business through data analysis and identifying growth potential
• Independently manage projects from conception to implementation in collaboration with stakeholders
• Contribute to strategic initiatives to optimize campaigns, partner ecosystems, and product offerings in international markets

Requirements

• Completed degree in Business Administration, International Business, Management, Logistics, or a comparable field
• Strong analytical skills and a hands-on mentality
• Business fluent English (written and spoken)
• High level of initiative and motivation
• Structured and independent working style
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, and handling large datasets
• Practical experience in tech, retail, or e-commerce is a plus
