Trainee Supply

Responsibilities

• Gain comprehensive insights into 3-4 supply departments and processes over two years
• Work across multiple functions including Fashion Buying, Merchandise Planning, and Inventory Management
• Analyze performance metrics and identify growth opportunities
• Own and drive projects from planning to execution
• Contribute to strategic initiatives to optimize campaigns and partner ecosystems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support international expansion

Requirements

• Completed studies in Business Administration, International Business, Management, Logistics, or similar
• Strong analytical skills and hands-on mentality
• Fluent English skills (written and spoken)
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
• Ability to handle large data sets
• Initial practical experience in tech, retail, or e-commerce is a plus
