Trainee Supply

Responsibilities

• Gain comprehensive insights into three to four different supply chain areas through a two-year rotation program
• Start in the Supply Chain Relations & Services department with the opportunity to define subsequent rotations
• Rotate through key functions including Fashion Buying, Partner Business & Services, Merchandise Planning, Inventory Management, and Business Planning & Steering
• Build a deep understanding of the supply business by analyzing key metrics and identifying growth potential
• Independently manage projects from conception to implementation in collaboration with various stakeholders
• Contribute to strategic initiatives aimed at optimizing campaigns, the partner ecosystem, and product offerings in international markets
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop processes and support international expansion

Requirements

• Completed degree in Business Administration, International Business, Management, Logistics, or a comparable field
• Strong analytical skills and a hands-on mentality
• Creative thinking and a structured, independent way of working
• Fluent English skills (written and spoken)
• High level of initiative and motivation to drive topics forward
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and experience handling large datasets
• Previous experience in Tech, Retail, or E-commerce is a plus
