Trainee Supply

Responsibilities

• Gain comprehensive insights into 3-4 supply departments and processes over a two-year rotation program
• Start in the Supply Chain Relations & Services department, with subsequent rotations defined collaboratively
• Develop a deep understanding of supply-side business by analyzing performance metrics and identifying growth opportunities
• Own and drive projects from planning to execution, collaborating with various stakeholders
• Contribute to strategic initiatives to optimize campaigns, partner ecosystems, and product offerings across international markets
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and support international expansion

Requirements

• Successfully completed studies in Business Administration, International Business, Management, Logistics, or a comparable field
• Strong analytical skills, a hands-on mentality, and creative thinking
• Fluent English skills, both written and spoken
• High motivation, initiative, and a structured way of working
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, and the ability to handle large data sets
• Initial practical experience in tech, retail, or e-commerce is a plus
