About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead, analyze, and execute activities for assigned projects based on established project charters and schedules
- Monitor and document progress for each process to capture learnings, concepts, and methodologies
- Report and present project progress and results to management and executive levels
- Comply with all defined policies and procedures of Arca Continental
Requirements
- Completed degree in Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Management, Administration, or related fields
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Intermediate English language skills
- Minimum experience working in IT or Systems-related projects
- Availability to work onsite in La Molina (Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 18:00)
- Ability to work 80% in La Molina and 20% traveling to other sites or provinces
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of SAP, Power BI, SQL, and/or Python
- Experience or knowledge in logistics, distribution, or project management
