Responsibilities

• Maintain relationships with team and stakeholders
• Negotiate minor changes with the sponsor/customer
• Report progress regularly and solve problems
• Attend customer meetings to understand requirements
• Draft project documents and prepare organization charts
• Track progress and quality
• Use tools to monitor plans, hours, budgets, and spending with guidance
• Communicate project info to the wider team and customer
• Oversee site management coordination of foremen, linesmen, and sub-contractors
• Manage the People to Work process, including onboarding and site inductions

Requirements

• GCSE/A Level/T Level in a practical subject
• Functional Maths and English
• Demonstrated project delivery awareness
• Good communication skills
• Highly organised and proactive
• Willingness to travel and work on-site across England, Wales, or Scotland
