Responsibilities
- Maintain relationships with team and stakeholders
- Negotiate minor changes with the sponsor/customer
- Report progress regularly and solve problems
- Attend customer meetings to understand requirements
- Draft project documents and prepare organization charts
- Track progress and quality
- Use tools to monitor plans, hours, budgets, and spending with guidance
- Communicate project info to the wider team and customer
- Oversee site management coordination of foremen, linesmen, and sub-contractors
- Manage the People to Work process, including onboarding and site inductions
Requirements
- GCSE/A Level/T Level in a practical subject
- Functional Maths and English
- Demonstrated project delivery awareness
- Good communication skills
- Highly organised and proactive
- Willingness to travel and work on-site across England, Wales, or Scotland
