Responsibilities

• Master the three pillars of traditional SEO: Content, Tech, and Authority
• Learn to navigate advanced data analysis tools and map out SEO strategies
• Build actionable roadmaps for clients
• Gain expertise in AI search and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO)
• Transition from theoretical modules to practical client work for global brands

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (preferably in marketing, business, or data)
• Strong affinity for the intersection of technology and creativity
• Excellent command of both Dutch and English (written and spoken)
• Eagerness to learn and strong analytical skills
• Ambition to complete the seven-month traineeship and transition to a Junior SEO/GEO consultant role

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience with SEO or GEO is a plus but not required
• Personal projects or internships related to organic search
