Trainee School Management

Responsibilities

• Participate in strategic and operational school organization
• Contribute to quality development and core process assurance
• Support the general school management in administrative and pedagogical processes
• Coordinate appointments, workflows, and information flows internally and externally
• Accompany projects in digitalization, curriculum development, or school management
• Prepare and participate in management meetings and interdisciplinary working groups
• Take on an individual area of responsibility and pedagogical work during the program

Requirements

• Master's degree in Pedagogy, Nursing Pedagogy, Health Sciences, or similar
• Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills
• High motivation to take on leadership responsibility
• Affinity for digitalization, AI-supported applications, and modern learning technologies
• Creative mindset and openness to change processes
