Trainee Sales Manager AI

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for AI solutions and proactively approach potential customers
• Analyze customer requirements in collaboration with consultants to develop tailored AI solutions
• Manage the entire sales process from initial contact and offer creation to successful project start
• Build and maintain a personal customer base to contribute to revenue growth
• Document all sales activities and opportunities in the CRM system

Requirements

• Completed university degree or successful commercial vocational training
• Initial practical experience through working student roles or internships
• Empathic demeanor with a strong sense for customer needs
• Strong organizational skills and negotiation talent
• Practical experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, or Claude
