Responsibilities

• Complete an individual trainee program lasting 6 to 12 months
• Choose your preferred work area after the program completion
• Receive close guidance and support from experienced colleagues
• Participate in structured induction through fixed theory days and practical peer consultation

Requirements

• Completed training as a healthcare and nursing specialist (Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger), geriatric nurse (Altenpfleger), or nursing specialist (Pflegefachmann/frau)
