Trainee Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Complete an 18-month training program including on-the-job training in various stores and abroad
• Rotate through different roles including department manager and central department training in Düsseldorf
• Shadow business and operations managers to learn various leadership styles
• Prepare for the role of Operations Manager (Betriebsleiter), taking economic responsibility for approximately half of a store's assortment

Requirements

• Completed degree in Business Administration or a comparable field of study
• Experience in retail (e.g., vocational training or student jobs)
• High level of flexibility and mobility for various locations within the region
• Passion for the retail industry and food
• Analytical skills and strong affinity for numbers
• Very good German language skills (C1)
