Trainee Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Complete an 18-month training program involving on-the-job training in various stores and international locations
• Rotate through different roles including department management and central department training in Düsseldorf
• Shadow store managers to learn various leadership styles and focuses
• Prepare for the role of Operations Manager (Betriebsleiter), taking economic responsibility for approximately half of a store's assortment

Requirements

• Successfully completed degree in Business Administration or a comparable field of study
• Experience in retail, such as through vocational training or student jobs
• High degree of flexibility and mobility for rotation within the region
• Passion for the retail industry and food products
• Analytical skills and strong affinity for numbers
• Very good German language skills (C1)
