Trainee Nursing Assistant (Nursing Home)

Responsibilities

• Attend LNA classes and clinical training as part of the Earn to Learn program
• Maintain full-time status by working on nursing units when not attending class
• Provide assistance to residents within the scope of practice
• Transition into a full-time LNA position upon successful licensure
• Work with a mentor for one year following licensure to ensure successful integration

Requirements

• Ability to obtain LNA licensure in the State of New Hampshire within 90 days of NHTI class completion
• Must pass a drug screen
• Must pass a criminal background check
